Tony Cole
Profile
Tony teaches and practices arbitration and international investment law. In 2014-15 he led a team hired to report on arbitration in Europe for the European Parliament. In 2016 he is leading a team undertaking a study of arbitration across the Americas (North/South/Central/Caribbean) supported by the Organization of American States and the ICC International Court of Arbitration. He was the founder and is the former Director of the Brunel Centre for the Study of Arbitration and Cross-Border Investment. Prior to entering academia he was an associate in the international arbitration group and the litigation department at White & Case in New York, working on both international arbitrations and cross-border and domestic litigation.
