Resolving International Data Center Disputes: Diplomacy by Other Means

Abstract
As data centers proliferate in the U.S. and abroad, questions of international law arise with respect to dispute resolution under data center contracts - especially when the parties are domiciled in different countries. This discussion shows that, unlike those arising under international telecommunications service contracts, data center disputes do not lend themselves to international arbitration.
