Research Interests Doctoral dissertation: The Interplay Between National and International Law in the Arbitral Settlement of Investment Disputes Between Foreign Investors and Host States. Other interests include: Public international law in general, and particularly the interactions between the national and the international legal orders, the law of state responsibility, and conflict of laws.
