The 2017 case, elaborated by Daniel Artaza, Nikoletta Chalikopoulou, Lynnette Lee, Anand Mohan, and Liana Stoica (under the supervision of the FDI Moot Directors and Advisory Board), involves a patented pharmaceutical component, which has proven effective in combatting a "greyscale" epidemic, an unsatisfied arbitration award, which finds the State had breached a contract to purchase the component, and a compulsory licence.
Teams may register until 1 June 2017. Law students and recent law graduates who wish to participate visit http://www.fdimoot.org/teams/ for more information and registration.
