Editor-in-Chief is Thomas Wälde, Professor of International Energy Law (and former Executive Director) of the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee, the internationally leading graduate school in oil, gas and energy law and policy. Professor Wälde is the former principal UN adviser on oil, gas, energy and investment law.

Kenyan Attorney General Discloses Corruption of ex-President of Kenya - On-going ICSID Case World duty Free v Kenya

As reported on 13 July 2004, Kenyan Attorney General Amos Wako discloses to Kenyan anti-corruption commission that claimant has himself provided testimony to ICSID tribunal in World Duty Free v Kenya case on how he made a large cash donation to the Kenyan then President, Daniel Arap Moi, in order to obtain permits for an investment in Kenya.
