The papers from this "Three Centuries of Arbitration for Peace" TDM/SCC Special are runner-up submissions of the writing competition initiated by the SCC to celebrate their centennial anniversary in 2017. The book "Arbitrating for Peace" will be published by Kluwer Law International.
