Michael Bond has been a civil litigator in the United States for over 28 years with experience prosecuting, defending and arbitrating all manner of damage claims with an emphasis on claims arising from construction design, impact and failure, environmental contamination, and indigenous/aboriginal rights under U.S. and state law. Michael has served as arbitrator or counsel for claimant or respondent in over 60 court supervised, ad hoc and American Arbitration Association arbitrations for claims arising from construction disputes, personal injury, and commercial contract. In June 2004 Michael completed an LLM in Sustainable International Development at the University of Washington School of Law. Michael is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is available for consultation or appointment in matters of international arbitration.
