Achieving Gender Diversity for Future Generations in Appointments to International Commercial Arbitration Tribunals - A Focus on Scotland

This paper has emerged from my interest in dispute resolution in schools and, in particular, a visit to my former school in Scotland earlier this year, when I was highly impressed to hear about a mock court project in which primary school pupils have won praise from seasoned legal professionals. The school put forward a team of ten year olds to the final of the competition, including two female "counsel".
