Introduction
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia: ruled that because
the DRC had actively engaged in litigation against FG Hemisphere for over a year before making
the objection that FG Hemisphere's service of process had not been in full compliance with the
FSIA, it had now waived its right to object.
