This article follows on from that by Ms Øyre in ARBITRATION  90 entitled "Ethical Codes of Conduct for Arbitrators and Disciplinary Proceedings of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators" in which she addressed, inter alia, the Chartered Institute's Code of Ethical Conduct.
