Abstract
This article follows on from that by Ms Øyre in ARBITRATION [2002] 90 entitled "Ethical Codes of Conduct for Arbitrators and Disciplinary Proceedings of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators" in which she addressed, inter alia, the Chartered Institute's Code of Ethical Conduct. It pays particular reference to the recently-published draft ABA "Code Of Ethics For Arbitrators In International Commercial Arbitration".
