ICC Austria Interdisciplinary Fora:
The whole story in detail: Guerrilla tactics in international arbitration & litigation
A fine line - how to counter & employ
12 November 2010 - 13 November 2010. Vienna, Austria.
The interdisciplinary conference organised by ICC Austria not only highlighted the legal aspects of this sensitive issue but also provided insights on how professional investigators, forensic experts and PR-specialists can offer preventive measures and means of defence.
The papers presented at this conference and in this TDM special show what legal options to counter-attack are available, how guerrilla tactics may be anticipated and detected as well as which tactics may actually be permissible - a fine and difficult line to walk.
We would like to thank ICC Austria and Barbara Helene Steindl, head of arbitration with Brauneis Klauser Pršndl Attorneys-at-Law (bkp), for the opportunity to publish these papers on TDM. The full programme is included in the excerpt version of the special available for download after you sign in.
