Report of the "OGEMID Virtual Symposium on Damages in Investment Arbitration" held between 14 November and 4 December, 2016. The Virtual Symposium was divided in four sessions designed to go from the general to the specific, closed by a mapping of the interstices between the more usual trends and patterns.
