MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF NORTHROP GRUMMAN SHIP SYSTEMS, INC.'S MOTION  FOR RECOGNITION AND EXECUTION OF ARBITRATION AWARD

BEFORE THE COURT is Plaintiff Northrop Grumman Ship Systems, Inc.'s, formerly known as Ingalls Shipbuilding, Inc., Motion  for Recognition and Execution of Arbitration Award. Defendant The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Venezuela has filed a Response , to which Plaintiff has replied. Because the Court finds that no grounds exist for refusing or deferring recognition of the arbitration award, Plaintiff Northrop Grumman Ship Systems, Inc.'s Motion  for Recognition and Execution of Arbitration Award should be granted, and the award should be enforced.
