Summary
According to a number of agreements that provided an arbitration clause under the FALCA Rules of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association, SUEK AG, a Swiss company, was obliged to deliver and sell more than 16.000 metric tones of Russian coal to Larcher Trading Ltd, a Cyprus company. A dispute arose in this transaction triggering the arbitration clause and an award was issued on November 30, 2016. This award was registered in Cyprus (In Re Larcher Trading Limited, District Court of Limassol, Application No. 403/2014, judgment of October 5, 2015, SUEK AG (CH) v.
