This case is one front in a long-running commercial dispute between Jiangsu Beier Decoration Materials Co., Ltd. ("Jiangsu Beier" or "Jiangsu"), a manufacturer of flooring products, and Angle World LLC ("Angle World"), a distributor of those products. After a controversy arose between the firms, Jiangsu Beier initiated arbitration proceedings before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission ("CIETAC") and won a judgement against Angle World. Jiangsu moves to confirm that foreign arbitration award. I have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C.
