Alan M. Anderson, PhD, FCIArb, has over thirty years' experience, specializing in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation and arbitration. He has a particular expertise in damages-related issues. He has acted as counsel and as an arbitrator in proceedings under the auspices of organizations such as the AAA, ICC, LCIA, and SCC. He received his MBA and JD degrees from Cornell University, an LLM in international dispute resolution from the University of London, and his PhD from King's College London. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, where he recently was appointed to the Centre's Council.
