Gabriela Rachadell de Delgado focuses her practice on Venezuelan law in corporate matters, and clients in the oil and gas sector.
Gabriela has worked extensively in the conversion process of operations and with association agreements for joint venture companies involved in Venezuelan oil development projects, in all bidding rounds for gas concessions, and in the incorporation of JV companies. She has assisted a large number of companies participating in operating agreements, strategic alliances and associations.
Furthermore, Gabriela has provided legal advice to oil and gas service companies and downstream companies, as well as infrastructure projects. She has been involved in high-profile contracts with upstream and downstream companies, including project financing and the financing of large-scale projects with oil proceeds.
Additionally, Gabriela has significant experience with tax issues in projects involving energy and natural resources. She has extensive experience in bidding processes with the Venezuelan government, as well as in the drafting, presentation and negotiation of contracts. She has provided advice to the Energy and Mines Commission of the National Assembly in the drafting of the Law for Development of Petrochemical Activities.
Gabriela is also a partner at DLA Interjuris Abogados S.C. (Caracas) as head of that firm's Energy Practice.
