Dr. Prabhash Ranjan

Dr. Prabhash Ranjan in an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, South Asian University. Prabhash obtained his PhD from King’s College while studying on King’s College London School of Law Doctoral Scholarship. He also studied at School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and University College London (UCL) for LLM, as a British Chevening scholar; and passed with a distinction in 2007. Prabhash has also been a Visiting Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre of International Law, University of Cambridge and teaches and publishes in the area of international investment law and world trade law. Prabhash has published in leading international refereed journals and has contributed book chapters in many edited collections published by leading international publishers. Prabhash is the Book Review Editor of the Indian Journal of International Law. He was a member of the committee that drafted the 260th report of the Law Commission of India on the Draft Indian Model Bilateral Investment Treaty.
