Oluwatumininu Omotoye is a Lecturer in the Department of Commercial and Industrial Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. As a legal practitioner, she has worked as an advocate in a general law firm and as a company secretary, and later had a brief stint in a pan-African commercial law firm where she practised immigration law and taxation. Oluwatumininu's area of expertise includes international investment law, revenue law, debt financing, insolvency law, and commercial law generally. Oluwatumininu is a graduate of the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and has been called to the Nigerian Bar upon completion studies at the Nigerian Law School. She also holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Ibadan and is currently a doctoral candidate at the same university.
