David Epstein

David Epstein is an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching courses in Transnational Litigation and International Litigation and Arbitration. He is the former Director of the Office of Foreign Litigation in the Civil Division of the u.s. Department of Justice. In that capacity, he was responsible for the worldwide supervision of cases involving the United States in foreign courts. Prof. Epstein is the co-author of several books in the field of international litigation and arbitration. He received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center (LL.B., 1961) and a Masters in Law degree (LL.M.) from the same institution in 1966. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
