Witness Conferencing and Party Autonomy

Introduction
For those of you who are not very familiar, basically witness conferencing is where you have two or more witnesses appearing together before the tribunal to give their evidence in the same session and to be examined jointly. So that's a very quick description. In the field of expert evidence, witness conferencing is quite well accepted in international arbitration. But we have moved on from there to develop this tool to encompass conferencing between witnesses of fact as well.
