Introduction
First, I will do a forecast. I will suggest what I think is going to happen over the next 10 years and this is by looking at the successful experience with ICSID in the past. Then I will speak on something that nobody, apart from my colleague from Argentina has spoken about that is: investment treaties are about investors and I will raise their perspective. Finally, I will suggest that appeal is not the only way to get back quality, consistency and conformity of investment arbitration.
