This article summarizes the proceedings of the 2 nd General Counsels' Roundtable h eld on February 10 and 11, 2006 at Stanford University. While the First Roundtable highlighted the dismal performance of long-term infrastructure investment contracts, the discussions provided little detail with regard to how the renegotiation experiences had actually transpired or how international standards for dispute resolution are being formulated.
