Summary
As cryptocurrency keeps growing around the world, the disagreements about it are also growing. Generally, people prefer traditional arbitration because it is fast. But the concept of on-chain arbitration is growing. It works fully on the blockchain using platforms like Kleros. The challenge is that these methods do not meet legal requirements. This paper suggests a hybrid model. This approach mixes blockchain tools with traditional arbitration. This combination keeps the speed and openness of blockchain systems.
