James Chalker, J.D., LL.M. Temple University School of Law, was admitted to the Pennsylvania (USA) Bar in 1999. He has published articles on energy security and the Energy Charter Treaty.

He is currently starting Sustainable Development Legal Assistance (SDLA), a nonprofit organization that will assist least developed countries facing an investor-state arbitration. SDLA will be launching its web site by the end of the 2006.
