Subscription types and fees

A TDM/OGEMID subscription will provide you with access and membership to a comprehensive and innovative information service on the management of international disputes, with a focus on the rapidly evolving area of investment arbitration, but also in other significant areas of international investment. Please note: we offer various discounts including for Academic, Individual or Non-commercial subscribers from a number of countries, see the information below.

What is included?

A TDM/OGEMID subscription includes:

  • Access to the TDM journal (choose between basic or premium access);
  • OGEMID membership and access to the OGEMID listserv archive (our email based discussion platform);
  • Access to the Legal & Regulatory database; and
  • Access to the Audio visual library.

Request a quote

Our basic and premium subscription rates are based on the number of (expected) users and type of organisation. An indication of our subscription rates is available below. Click on the appropriate button and fill in the form to request a quote for a 12 months subscription which starts after we have received payment. IP based access is available for Universities and other non-commercial organisations upon request.

Additional information and clarification:

Basic: Access to the three most recent volumes of the journal. Example: During 2015 you would have had access to issues published in the years 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Premium: Access to all volumes dating back to 2004 (recommended as this gives users access to well over 2500 articles).
Number of users: For (non-)commercial organisations the prices listed above are for up to five users (e.g. 1 to 5). More user accounts are available upon request; you can indicate the number of desired accounts in the form.
IP based access is available for Universities and other non-commercial organisations upon request.
Payment: Payments are to be made in EUROS and can be made via credit card, bank transfer or check. After receiving payment your account details will be sent to you via email.
Available discounts:
• 15% discount: Academic, Individual or Non-commercial subscribers from a number of countries (please refer to the list below)
• 15% discount: Members of AIEN or SIEL.
• Combining TDM with OGEL:  You can combine your TDM subscription with a subscription to Oil, Gas and Energy Law (OGEL, www.ogel.org) - our Global Energy Law & Regulation Portal launched in 2003.
We offer a 50% discount on the OGEL subscription rates for TDM subscribers during the first year and 25% after the first year. This only applies to similar subscription types to OGEL and TDM. Existing TDM subscribers are advised to contact us directly to combine their TDM and OGEL subscription.
