Profile

Professor of International Economic Law at the Faculty of Law/University "Cadi Ayyad" in Marrakech-Morocco.

He studied at Rabat University (Morocco) and at Laval University (in Quebec-city/Canada). He has a bachelor's degree in Political science and both Master's degree and Ph.D. (in International Economic Law) from the Faculty of Law at Laval University in Quebec-Canada.

He is the author of two Manuals of International Economic Law (in French and Arabic languages).

He gave the Course of TRIMS/Investments (CRPC/Institute of WTO) at Rabat University-Morocco (the years 2004, 2005, and 2006) in collaboration with Mme Martha LARA (WTO: division of Trade and Finances, Geneva).
