Dany Khayat is an attorney at the Paris Bar (2001) and a member of the International Arbitration - Litigation Group of Mayer Brown in Paris, France.
Dany Khayat graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris in 1995, the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Dany Khayat specializes in international arbitration and participated in many ICC, ICSID and UNCITRAL arbitral proceedings as well as arbitration-related court proceedings in France.
Dany Khayat co-authors, with Julien Fouret, the "Chronique des sentences et décisions du CIRDI" in the "Chronique de Règlement Pacifique des Différends Internationaux" of the Revue québécoise de droit international since 2002. The "Chronique des sentences et décisions du CIRDI" contains commentaries of all published awards, decisions and orders by ICSID Tribunals. Dany also contributed to several other publications and seminars on matters related to international arbitration and investment treaty dispute resolution.
