Profile
Greg is a Senior Associate at Eversheds Sutherland in Paris. He specialises in commercial and international investment arbitration as well as in public international law. He focuses on disputes concerning mainly the energy and natural resources, construction and infrastructure, transport and sports sectors.
Greg has acted in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, including under the ICSID, ICC, LCIA, CIETAC, and UNCITRAL Rules. His recent experience includes acting for investors in an ICSID arbitration against a European State; acting for a respondent in a multi-billion dollar arbitration relating to gas sales; advising a State in defending an ad hoc international investment arbitration; acting for a State in a commercial dispute relating to a highway concession; and appearing before the English court for the enforcement of a foreign arbitral award against a State.
Greg has practiced law in London, Moscow and Paris. He has also completed internships in international investment arbitration with the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL), and in Public International Law with Chatham House / Institute for International Affairs. Greg previously worked as a construction/project manager for architectural and engineering practices.
