Sophie Sirtaine

Sophie Sirtaine is a Senior Financial Specialist in the Europe and Central Asia Vice-Presidency of the World Bank. Prior to this, she worked in the World Bank's Latin America and South Asia vice-presidencies. Her work focuses on financial systems development and stability.
Before joining the World Bank, she was an Associate with the Investment Bank JP Morgan in London (UK) where she advised European governments and private companies on privatizations and private sales of financial institutions.
She holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics (UK) and a Business Administration degree from the Solvay Business School (Belgium).
