Marco Schnabl has handled a wide range of international and domestic litigations and arbitrations and represented clients in litigations stemming from U.S. and international mergers, acquisitions and changes in corporate control.
Born and raised in Argentina, Mr. Schnabl retains a keen interest in Latin American business and political affairs.
After graduating from the Sloan Business School at MIT and before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Schnabl was for several years on the consulting staff at Merrill Lynch Economics, Inc., a management and economic consulting subsidiary of Merrill Lynch.
