Freddy Sourgens is a Professor of Law and Director of the Oil and Gas Law Center at Washburn University School of Law. Freddy is the co-chair of the ASIL's Private International Law Interest Group and Editor in Chief of Investment Claims. His most recent book is Evidence in International Investment Arbitration (OUP 2018, with Kabir Duggal & Ian Laird).
