Admitted in Germany (1997), New York (1997) and to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit (2007), to the U.S. Supreme Court (2009) and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (2010). Partner, Gleiss Lutz. With the Stuttgart office since 1997.

Member: Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), American Law Institute (ALI), German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), American Bar Association (ABA), New York State Bar Association, International Bar Association (IBA), American Society of International Law (ASIL), German-American Lawyers Association (DAJV). Since 1999, international advisor to the Korean Institute of Technology and the Law (KITAL).
