Ryan J. Szczepanik specializes in trust, estate, and probate litigation. He has significant experience across a range of litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters.

He is an author of trust and probate code chapters in Matthew Bender's publication California Forms of Pleading & Practice. Ryan also has published several articles on alternative dispute resolution issues. He actively volunteers in his local community. Ryan currently is a mentor in the YMCA's Building Futures Program.

Ryan is a graduate of Amherst College and Emory Law School. While a law student, he received the Dean's Award for Trusts & Estates.
