JUDr. Jakub Handrlica, LL.M. (Bochum) graduated in Law at Prague in 2006. He received a diploma in Energy and Mining Law at the Institute for Energy and Mining Law, Ruhr University Bochum (with honours, 2007) and in International Nuclear Law at the International School of Nuclear Law at the University of Montpellier (with honours, 2008). From 2007 to 2008, he was a stagaire at the Energy Technology Policy Department, OECD International Energy Agency in Paris.
Currently, he is teaching Administrative, Energy and Nuclear Law at the Law School, Charles IV. University in Prague. He is member is the International Nuclear Law Association, Czech Nuclear Society and Czech Society of the Environmental Law.
