Profile

Marc Bungenberg is director of the Europa-Institut of Saarland University. He studied law in Hanover and Lausanne (LL.M. 1995). Marc received his doctorate in law (Hanover 2005) and his Habilitation (Jena 2006). His main fields of research are European and international economic law (esp. CCP, state aids, procurement and international investment law).
