Felix has a background as transactional lawyer and has extensive experience advising clients on corporate and commercial matters pertaining to investments in the Peoples Republic of China.
Felix has been actively involved in a number of China-related disputes in various industries concerning, among others, construction projects, oil and gas investments, machine building projects, joint venture disputes, and international trade and IP infringements. He has represented and advised clients with respect to arbitrations under various arbitration rules including those of ICC, CIETAC and ICSID. Felix also represents debtors and investors in the course of reorganising troubled joint venture operations and restructuring distressed investments.
