Charles ("Chip") B. Rosenberg is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Squire Patton Boggs, where he specializes in the representation of foreign sovereigns and private parties in complex international cases. He has experience representing clients in disputes before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes ("ICSID") and the International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC").
Chip is an Assistant Editor of the World Arbitration & Mediation Review. Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, he worked at a number of other international law firms. He was an International Arbitration Law Clerk to The Honorable Charles N. Brower in London, England and as a Legal Adviser at the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal in The Hague, the Netherlands. He also co-founded and co-taught an advanced seminar on International Investment Dispute Settlement at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
