Max Stein acts for companies and governments in complex domestic and international litigation and arbitration matters, including investment arbitration. In particular, Mr. Stein has dealt with disputes arising from corporate, energy, capital markets, construction and public international law.
Prior to joining Skadden in July 2015, Mr. Stein practiced at another major international law firm in Frankfurt for several years. During his education, he spent one year at the National University of Singapore where he focused on international trade and investment law.
