A. Devin Bray is an International Arbitration Counsel, Member of Wöss & Partners' International Arbitration & Trade Group, and regularly acts for major law firms based in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom. Mr. Bray specializes in investor-state and commercial arbitration and has acted on complex-commercial and investment treaty claims governed by the UNCITRAL, ICC and ICSID Arbitration Rules. Mr. Bray is also a Doctoral Candidate in the International Trade & Business Law Program at the University of Arizona. He is currently a Guest Researcher at the Amsterdam Centre of International Law participating on the Transnational Private-Public Arbitration as Global Regulatory Governance, a European Research Counsel-funded project. Mr. Bray is a Doctoral Fellow of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, recipient of an Academic Scholarship from the Organization of American States, and formerly held a one-year Visiting Scholar position at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany.
