Timothy Foden is Senior Associate with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in London. Timothy focusses on the hospitality, energy, and mining sectors. He has served as counsel to both corporations and individuals in commercial and investment arbitrations under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) and the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution (SCAI). With an extensive background in international litigation, Timothy has experience in the enforcement of arbitral awards and judgments in the courts of the United States, England and Wales and Belize. Timothy assisted counsel for Dallah Trading in the Dallah v. Government of Pakistan matter before the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom on the enforcement of an ICC award under the New York Convention.
Timothy also has extensive experience in the enforcement of ICSID awards, particularly in the U.S. courts.
