Todd advises in international arbitration as well as in cross-border litigation, investment arbitration and commercial contracts.
Todd studied at Andrews University (B.A.), University of Strasbourg (Diplôme Supérieur d’Études Françaises), Rutgers University School of Law (J.D.), and University of Freiburg (LL.M. 2002). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2007. Todd is a lecturer at the University of Speyer and a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), American Bar Association (ABA), German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), London Court of International Arbitration – Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV). Todd speaks English (native), German, and French.
