Dr Eun Young Park is an independent arbitrator at Park Arbitration Chambers. He has more than 25 years of experience in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration and has served as an arbitrator under the rules of various arbitral institutions and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.

He was appointed a Judge of the Seoul District Court of the Republic of Korea in 1994 and received a doctorate degree from the New York University School of Law.

He is a former Vice-President of the LCIA Court and a former President of LCIA Asia Pacific User's Council. He also served as Vice-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee and as a founding Co-Chair of the IBA Asia Pacific Arbitration Group. He currently serves as a Member of the SIAC Court of Arbitration. He has also served on the board of the Korean Council of International Arbitration and as an Executive Member of the Seoul International Dispute Resolution
