About Ulula
Ulula provides simple, secure and cost effective systems to measure and improve the impact of business and government in society. We build communication and analysis platforms that leverage the power of mobile phones, open source and machine data to address complex social problems in real time. Through SMS, Interactive Voice Response mechanisms and mobile apps, Ulula's platform not only monitors community sentiments and engages with stakeholders but also provides companies with opportunities to create shared value. For example the mobile platform facilitates job and local content development; increasing social returns on investment and minimizing risk, preventing costly operational disruptions, enhancing reputation and increases the long-term value of corporate assets.
Ulula's core team combines the passion for using technology and analysis to create shared value with a proven track record of achieving change under adverse conditions. Together, the team has some 40 years of experience in designing and implementing social impact and technology-focused projects in more than a dozen countries, sometimes coordinating teams in half a dozen countries.
