Aïssatou Ndong is a Senegalese national admitted as an Avocat à la Cour in France since 2006. Currently based in Paris, Aïssatou handles a wide range of dispute resolution matters, including construction, insurance and commercial law cases. Aïssatou previously practiced as a litigation lawyer in Rouen where she specialised in insurance and construction cases, defending various insurance companies. She has also interned at Al Tamimi & Company in Abu Dhabi. In 2011, Aïssatou obtained an LLM in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution at the University of London, Queen Mary. She also holds a Master's Degree in Business Law. Aïssatou is a member of the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG). She is fluent in French and English and has some knowledge of Arabic.
