Piergiuseppe Pusceddu focuses on International Economic Law, in particular arbitration, in particular dispute settlement, technology and access to medicines. He also has an interest in legal theory and legal philosophy. He received an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law, and National University of Singapore, Faculty of Law, in 2013. He is admitted to practice law in Italy since 2014. From 2017 Piergiuseppe is a PhD Researcher at the University of Tilburg. His research focuses on the People's Republic of China Innovation Policy.
