Andrew Burr MA (Cantab), ACIArb, FFAVE (Master), Adjudicator, arbitrator, barrister and mediator with over thirty years' experience in construction and technology matters, editor of Construction Law Journal; author of the fifth edition of Delay and Disruption in Construction Contracts. He assisted with the revision of the ICC's Dispute Board Rules and is co-chair of the sub-committee advising the Beijing Arbitration Commission on the revision of its Dispute Board Rules.
