Anne-Sophie is an associate in the Global Arbitration Group in London and advises on arbitrations under the aegis of all the major arbitration centres (ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID), particularly in investor-state disputes regarding energy (oil & gas, mining, and power) and political risks. Her experience includes acting on behalf of states and state-owned entities and companies in arbitrations under Algerian, English, French, Ghanaian, Italian, Libyan and international law.
She has also advised on contractual issues in connection with mining and petroleum projects in Africa and the Middle East, including mining leases, production sharing agreements, concessions, and gas supply agreements.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co LLP, she was part of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle International Arbitration and Energy teams.
