Keelan F. Diana

Keelan F. Diana is an associate in the New York office of Haug Partners LLP who represents businesses in complex and cross-border litigation and arbitration. Her experience encompasses a wide range of commercial matters, including breach of contract and products liability actions, fraud and fiduciary duty litigation, and joint venture and partnership disputes. She has participated in a number of internal compliance reviews and investigations by regulatory bodies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Diana focuses on representing clients operating in the healthcare, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, and financial services sectors. She has experience litigating in federal and state court, as well as in international arbitration.
While at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, Ms. Diana was a member of the Editorial Board and Executive Symposium Editor for the Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender and Class, and recipient of the William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional achievements and service to the school.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Diana earned a M.A. in English Language and Literature from Indiana University Bloomington, where she taught for six years.
