Jay Palmos is a senior lecturer in British Construction Law at Kingston University, London. He previously spent 4 years as a part-time King's College teaching fellow at the British University in Dubai, lecturing on comparative Common and Middle Eastern construction law. Before that he spent 3 years as a lecturer in Australian construction law at Queensland University of Technology.
He is licensed to practice law in Australia and the United States, is a certified specialist in Intellectual Property litigation, registered adjudicator, with prior professional designations including: MRICS, PMP, MAEng, CFCC, PSP, SNAME, and the ANS.
His research interests are in the history of law, comparative international construction law and education.
